You Know Your Online Presence Needs Work. You Just Don’t Know Where to Start.
Maybe your website looks like it’s from 2012, or falls apart on a phone. Maybe you’re invisible when locals Google your service—while your competitors sit right at the top. Maybe your email lands in spam, or you’re overpaying some builder for slow hosting you can’t even call about.
And every “expert” who calls wants $1,500 a month before they’ll tell you a single thing.
We do it differently—and we show you our prices.

We build, grow, or run it. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. A real person answers when you call.
You’re Not Hiring a Stranger
I’m Jeff Curnew, founder of Self Edit Technologies. We’ve been building websites and online presence for Fraser Valley businesses since 1998.
In that time we’ve worked with hundreds of local businesses—plumbers, electricians, kitchen renovators, wealth managers, restaurants, and pretty much everyone in between. Our team handles design, development, SEO, hosting, and everything else on this page.
We built this the way we’d want it as a customer: prices you can actually see, no long contracts, and a real person who picks up. If you want to see where you stand before spending a dime, start with a free audit—no strings.

Common Questions
Why are your prices right on the site?
Because “call us for a quote” usually means “we’ll figure out how much we can get from you.” We’d rather you see what things cost up front and decide on your own time. If your project is unusual, we’ll tell you before any work starts.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Our monthly services are month-to-month—cancel anytime, no penalty. One-time work (like a redesign or a rescue) is just that: one time.
Will you call me to pitch and pressure me?
No. Tell us what you need and we’ll get you a straight answer. If you request a free audit, you’ll hear from us briefly to make sure you got it—and then only if you reach out. No high-pressure “strategy sessions.”
I only need one small thing. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Need just an SSL fix or your domain renewed? That’s a real service with a real price. We’re happy to do one small thing and earn the right to help with the next.
I’m outside Abbotsford. Can you still help?
Yes. We’re based in Abbotsford and do most of our work across the Fraser Valley—Mission, Chilliwack, Langley and beyond—but websites, hosting, email, and SEO work the same wherever you are.
What’s in the free audit?
A plain-English look at your entire online presence—your website, your Google Business Profile, your social media (are you posting more than your website shows?), your reviews, and how you rank in local search versus your top competitor. We point out what’s working, what’s missing, what’s costing you calls, and the fixes worth doing first. Yours within 48 hours, no obligation.
